Planned Preventative Maintenance for GSM CCTV Cameras
All systems require scheduled and professional attention to improve efficiency thereby reducing expenditure and ultimately prolonging plant life. For Building Owners, Duval Eye provides Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
Our PPM programme involves:
- One maintenance visit per annum will take place, incorporating routine tests and a full system inspection.
- Adjustments, cleaning and repairs to the system will be carried out by a qualified engineer(s).
- On completion of every PPM a detailed report will be supplied to the client.
- In addition, each PPM would incorporate any other prior requested adjustments to the system.
Such requested adjustments should be listed on a PPM request form and should be received by this office no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled visit date. (PPM request forms are available from any of our engineers or by telephoning our office)
Service call-out: An engineer will respond to a request for service to the system within 24 hours of the call being logged by our office during office hours.
24 Hour Call Line
There will be no charge for labour or equipment that has to be replaced due to faults or fair wear and tear during the guarantee period. Accidental damage beyond economical repair will be subject to a charge at rates agreed at that time.
The provision of any lifting/access or other specialist equipment is the responsibility of the client as are the costs thereof.
Service Arrangements
When a service visit is required, please follow the procedure outlined below to ensure a prompt and efficient service:
- Call our service department on 01455 208 301 8.30 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. However, you can call us 24 Hours a day in an event of an emergency on 01455 208 321.
- The call will be logged and action taken during normal office hours. Give the name of your company, as well as the name of the person reporting the fault.
- Give a brief description of the fault with, for example, camera number, location and equipment type. Your call will then be processed and dealt with as per the terms of this contract.
